New pets begin with one friendly meet and greet. After that, returning families can book future care directly through the calendar.
Returning pet? No additional meet and greet is needed. Simply choose an available time, then we will confirm the visit.

Mikie and a parent learn your pet's routine and make sure the family, Mikie and the animal all feel comfortable.

Choose an available time for dog, cat or small pet care, then we will review and confirm the visit. Returning pets can book without another meet and greet.

Mikie follows the care plan and emails a Daily Pet Report with a photo and important updates.

Dog household pricing: Listed rates include care for up to two dogs. Homes with three or more dogs are an additional $10 per visit.

Only within the Steeplegate neighborhood. Keeping the service area close makes visits simpler and more dependable.
What kinds of pets can Mikie help with?+
Mikie has hands on daily experience with dogs, cats, hermit crabs and fish. Families can ask about care for other small household pets before the first visit.
What happens during the first visit?+
For a new pet, the owner explains the routine, supplies, temperament and home access. Mikie and a parent make sure everyone, including the animal, feels comfortable before care begins.
Do returning pets need another meet and greet?+
No. The meet and greet is only for the initial visit. After that, families can request future care directly through Mikie's booking calendar, and we will confirm the visit.
How will we communicate?+
Pet care can be requested through the booking calendar. Mikie communicates through the parent monitored business email only. Parents can communicate with families by text or phone call when needed. Mikie's personal phone number is not shared.
Can I combine services?+
Yes. A visit can include feeding, fresh water, a potty break and playtime based on what your pet needs. A litter box refresh can be added separately for $5 per visit.
What is included in the daily price?+
Each standard visit lasts up to 30 minutes and includes the agreed pet care tasks plus a Daily Pet Report. An extra 15 minutes can be added for $5.
